Practise of mindfulness or meditation is one of the best tools for self-development and connecting with one’s true essence. It allows us to connect with our hearts, access higher wisdom and attain peace within. In 2013 I learned vipassana meditation technique in Thailand, in Wat Pah Nanachat (www.watpahnanachat.org) international forest monastery and I’ve been practising it ever since.
